Shipping Policy

All Pessel Pastry molds are meticulously made to order. Because we craft each piece specifically for you upon purchase, our shipping process consists of two parts: production time and transit time.

1. Production Time (Made to Order)
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to manufacture, finish, and quality-check your artisan mold before it leaves our workshop.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times
We ship to a selected number of countries with reliable, tracked postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Our estimated transit times after production are:

- The Netherlands: 1-2 business days

- BE, DE, FR, AT, LU: 3-7 business days

- United Kingdom: 4-8 business days (Subject to local customs processing)

- Scandinavia & Switzerland (DK, SE, NO, FI, CH): 4-9 business days

- United States: 5-12 business days (Subject to local customs processing)

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number. This allows you to follow the journey of your artisan molds straight to your kitchen.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom and the United States), your package may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that Pessel Pastry is not responsible for any delays caused by regional customs clearance processes.
